The FLEXBIMEC range dedicated to the management and transfer of AdBlue® is enhanced by the revamped Speedy Blue MID wheeled kit.
Compact in size and easy to use, it has been specially designed to allow AdBlue® dispensing in all environments, from mechanical workshops to service stations, thanks to its new wheels that allow for easy maneuverability even on uneven surfaces.
Available in two versions, for 60-liter and 200-liter drums, it is a completely autonomous station thanks to its long-life 12 V internal battery, which allows it to be independent of the mains supply.
Speedy Blue MID stands out for its integrated high-precision digital flow meter certified according to MID MI-005 European Directive 2014/32/EU.
European Directive 2014/32/EU (commonly referred to as MID) is an EU standard that imposes specific characteristics on measuring instruments, raising their level of accuracy and reducing the risk of error. Flexbimec offers the MID-MI005 certified AdBlue® flow meter with a distribution system that guarantees compliance with the directive, making it suitable for sale to the public.
The thermal printer on the display allows you to generate complete reports for each individual dispensing operation.
The wheeled system also consists of a 12 V electric pump, pulse damper, OIML R117–1 certified air venting system, pressure regulator with condensate separator, and flexible hose.
The automatic nozzle is suitable for most AdBlue® tanks and allows for complete and safe filling by stopping dispensing when the maximum level is reached.
