FLEXBIMEC INTERNATIONAL: Internationalization and Export Diversification in the German and Austrian Markets

FLEXBIMEC INTERNATIONAL S.r.l. has implemented a strategic internationalization project aimed at consolidating its commercial presence in the German and Austrian markets, focusing in particular on the sector of solutions for the management and handling of lubricating fluids.
Through the support of a Technical Expert (TEM), participation in the BAUMA trade fair in Munich, and the organization of B2B meetings, the company was able to analyze target markets, implement new commercial strategies, and develop the internal capabilities needed to manage future export challenges with greater autonomy. This path of business growth was made possible thanks to the financial support and co-financing of the European Union and the Emilia-Romagna Region, under the PR-FESR Emilia-Romagna 2021-2027, Priority 1, Action 1.3.2 “Incentives for internationalization processes”
