DOSAMIX ADVANCED – Osmosis Water Production System Mixing with Oils – Automatic Filling

DOSAMIX ADVANCED is the new MONITORING and CONTROL system that allows you to manage different types of installations in different sectors with extreme flexibility.
This system, proposed in industrial fields, allows for the automated dispensing of emulsifiable oils in numerically controlled machining centers.
The system consists of an ALI TOUCH control unit with a 7” touch screen equipped with proprietary software that is mounted on a control panel ready for installation and a series of accessories that can be inclused as desired.
The control unit is combined with small satellite panels (MACHINE MODULES), installed one for each machine, which allow for measuring the level and managing a valve for automatic refilling, as well as carrying out manual refills in the event of particular needs.

Thanks to the DOSAMIX ADVANCED system, it is possible to set level checks at pre-established and recurring times, remotely check the status of the machine levels and, in the event of anomalies in the levels themselves, receive alert emails.

The automatic DOSAMIX ADVANCED system can be combined with OSMOMAX reverse osmosis water production systems, to have maximum emulsifiability Oil/Water and ideal conductivity and pH values in the emulsion to prevent bacterial proliferation and oxidation problems.
