Grease Power 750 is a manual grease supply kit, composed by a spring – loaded pump combined with a special control gun, dispensing the grease in pressure degrees up to 750 bar.

This system can be used in 3 different ways, offering the following results:

1. Delivery of 0.3 g of grease per squeeze with up to 750 bar pressure when the switch of the control gun is on “high pressure” – position. Ideal for unblocking dirty or resinified grease nipple valves.
2. Delivery of 1.1 g of grease per squeeze when switch of the control gun is on “high volume” – position. For normal grease supply operations.
3. Keeping the lever of the control gun pushed and pressing simultaneously the pump rod down by foot, a continuous grease flow at low pressure can be created.

This grease supply kit – thanks to its compactness and its independence from any pneumatic or electric supply – is the ideal, mobile equipment for any application in the fi eld of lubrication.

Portable, manual grease supply kit, suitable for 18/25 kg – pails, consisting of:

– Manual, spring – loaded piston grease pump;

– Vulcanized follower plate, 310 – 260 mm, art. no. 4314VU;

– 1.5 m – rubber hose, ø 1/2” mm;

– Metal drum cover, ø 290 – 330 mm, art. no. 4302;

– Control gun with selector lever and rigid outlet pipe with 4 – jaws – hydraulic coupler.
