Electric gear pump for an intermittent use, for the transfer of low viscosity oil, antifreeze (A), diesel (D), water (W). Pump body in brass, gears in bronze and pump shaft in stainless steel. With metal cover, ON-/OFF switch and 1 m – cable with alligator clamps for battery connection. Protection category IP55.

Art. 6559 – 1058

Pneumatic rotary gear pump for the transfer of low viscosity oil, antifreeze, diesel, water. Pump body in brass (art. no. 6559) or in stainless steel (art. no. 1058), gears in Kevlar, gaskets in Viton® and pump shaft in stainless steel.

Art. 6112 – 6114

Electric self-priming gear pump, for the supply of oil, antifreeze, diesel, water; guarantees a constant flow and a low noise level. Pump body in stainless steel, gears in brass and pump shaft in stainless steel. Includes a bypass valve preset on 5 bar pressure and 1.5 m – electric cable with crocodile clamps for battery connection. Protection category IP 55.

Electric gear pump, self-priming, for the supply of oil, antifreeze, diesel, water; guarantees a constant flow and a low noise level. Pump body in stainless steel, gears in brass and pump shaft in stainless steel. Includes a bypass valve preset on 10 bar pressure and 1.5 m – electric cable with SCHUKO plug.

Art. 6126 – 6127 – 6141 – 6142 – 6129

Electric gear pump, self-priming, for the supply of oil, antifreeze, diesel, water; guarantees a constant flow and a low noise level. Pump body in stainless steel, gears in brass and pump shaft in stainless steel. Kit includes a preset bypass valve preset on 10 bar pressure with a wide regulation range, an inline oil filter, a manometer for outlet pressure control, a 1.5 m – electric cable with SCHUKO plug and an electronic pressure switch that starts the pump once the control gun is activated and stops it again due to the pressure increase in the circuit once the gun is closed.

Encased electric oil kit composed by:
– Electric, self-priming pump with body in stainless steel and brass gear;
– ON/OFF – switch;
– Control lights for function control;
– 1,5 m – electric cable with SCHUKO plug;
– Double electronic pressure switch that starts the pump once the control dispensing nozzle is activated and stops it again due to the pressure increase in the circuit once the dispensing nozzle is closed;
– Bypass valve preset on 10 bar pressure;
– Manometer for outlet pressure control;
– Pressure relief valve;
– Metal cabinet with wall-mounting bracket.

Art. 6124

Electric, self-priming gear pump for the supply of oil, approved according to the requirements of OIML R117-1 (DIN 19217). Consisting of:
– electric, self-priming 230 VAC gear pump, art. no. 6122;
– automatic air separator kit, art. no. 2054, suitable to separate the air eventually present in the suction line from the oil, with automatic pump stop device, approved according to OIML R117-1; includes also manometer for the control of the outlet pressure and non-return valve;
– control box with push button and electric connection cable;
– double electronic pressure switch that starts the pump once the control gun is activated and stops it again due to the pressure increase in the circuit once the gun is closed;
– bypass valve preset on 10 bar pressure;
– 1.5 m – electric cable with SCHUKO plug.

Art. 6133 – 6135 – 6138 – 6149

Electric, self-priming gear pump, for the supply of oil under demanding conditions at medium pressure and with long pumping distances; guarantees a constant flow and delivery, even after long pumping distances or with simultaneous supplies. Available with motors in 230 Vac, 400 Vac and 110 Vac. Includes a bypass valve preset on 28 bar pressure. Electric cable with plug not included.

Art. 6136

Electric gear pump, art. no. 6135, equipped with kit art.no. 7373 consisting of pressure accumulator, inline oil filter, non-return valve, manometer, connection adapters and an electronic pressure switch that starts the pump once the control gun is activated and stops it again due to the pressure increase in the circuit once the gun is closed.

The pressure accumulator guarantees a constant oil flow by avoiding continuous starts and stops of the motor that could cause damages in case of dispensing small quantities.
Includes a bypass valve preset on 28 bar pressure. Electric cable with plug not included.

Art. 3049

Encased oil supply kit, composed of: electric gear pump, art. no. 6136, metal and lockable cover, art. no. 7376, and safety switch of protection category IP 55, art. no. 7370, with 3 m – cable and plug.

Art. 3050

Encased oil supply kit, such as art. no. 3049, but including electric gear pump, art. no. 6145, with delivery 53 l/min. Ideal for pipework installations.
